Now that adjacent floodplain area is to become a city walking park on the entire east side of the property, and the South border at Avenue J is also the entryway off HWY 360 which is to the west.
The Castillian is a community of private ownership and not at all an apartment complex. It is home to 41 buildings and 122 individually owned condominiums from 1BR to 3BR (mostly 2BR units). We have two laundry facilities, and a 65,000 gallon pool featuring a 475 sq.ft clubroom. Each of the 122 condos is assigned a parking space reserved for homeowners and 103 parking spaces for visitors.
The HOA does not own or lease any units. There are no commercial spaces on the property. The complex is 100% complete and is not subject to additional phasing or annexation. Special assessment may be pending or planned. The legal documents of the HOA contain the “Right of First Refusal” for purchase of any unit for sale. The HOA dues pay for, but is not limited to, general property insurance, hot and cold water, common area maintenance, porter service, landscape maintenance, swimming pool and clubroom maintenance, exterior lighting and termite protection.
